The SEC XBRL mandate goes into effect for the largest accelerated filers after June 15, 2009, with the remainder of public issuers phased in over the next two years. Are you ready?
Bowne is pleased to offer a hands-on XBRL “tag it” event for Accounting, Finance and External Reporting Professionals.
Attendees of this hands-on seminar will work with their own financial statements and notes to learn how to tag data for creating interactive filings for submission to the SEC.
The session will be led by Rob Blake, Bowne’s Senior Director of Interactive Services and a founding member of XBRL International. Rob was Project Director on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s XBRL Taxonomy Project.
