The participants in the first wave of XBRL, large accelerated filers (foreign and domestic) with world wide capital float over $5 billion, should read the details recently published on the SEC website as draft amendments to the EDGAR filing system.  The revised EDGAR filing manual can be found here:  http://www.sec.gov/info/edgar/edgarfm.2.10_d.htm
